Terms of Service

amanmaps is a small, independent peer-to-peer sharing tool. These terms are kept short and practical because the service itself is architecturally limited — we never store your content, and our infrastructure only facilitates a temporary connection between your devices.
Service provided “as is”
amanmaps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be unavailable, slow, or non-functional at any time without notice.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you transmit through amanmaps. Because content travels directly between your devices via end-to-end peer-to-peer connections, we cannot monitor, moderate, or remove it after transmission.
You agree not to use amanmaps for:
- Transmitting illegal content or material that violates any applicable law.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing others.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, amanmaps and its operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to content shared by other users — which we have no ability to access, store, or moderate due to the peer-to-peer architecture of the service.
Modifications to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of amanmaps at any time without notice. This is a free, personal-scale tool — not a business-critical service. We will try to communicate significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at amanmaps.com/terms. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
